Mrs. Eileen A. Wadkins, 78, a resident of Smithville, TN, and a former resident of Langdale, AL passed away Thursday, February 16, 2017 at the National Healthcare Center in Smithville, TN.  Funeral services will be held 2:00 PM EST Monday, February 20, 2017 from Johnson Brown-Service Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Darren White and Pastor Bill Simms officiating.  Burial will follow in Langdale Cemetery.  Visitation will be Sunday from 5:00 – 7:00 PM EST at the funeral home.

Mrs. Wadkins was preceded in death by her husband, Fred Wadkins; parents, Thomas E. & Bertha Burdette Kelley; brothers, Thomas B. Kelley & James G. Kelley, and a sister, Mary O. Sides. 

Mrs. Wadkins was born in Clay County, AL on May 2, 1938 and retired from West Point Pepperell Langdale Mill and was of the Baptist faith.
