i remember my life growing up with yall next door I loved your mom she was so good to me. I always thought she was so beautiful. My heart goes out to the girls Shelly and Kaye I love yall to. I miss those days so much.

Granny was a very unique person. To describe her would take a lot more than just a few sentences. I am very fortunate to have gotten to spend the last few months with her before she passed. She loved watching the local preachers on television every Sunday. Southern Gospel was her favorite music. I really learned a lot about myself by getting to know more about my grandmother. Knowing her helped me to understand myself better. I am glad that God knows where we need to be when we don't understand why we need to be there. I am glad that the Lord let me find the answers I have been searching for by allowing me to spend a few months with my grandmother. She is not in my past but in my future..
