Mr. Jaime Wilkerson, age 46, of Valley, AL passed away on Tuesday, January 2, 2018 at the East Alabama Medical Center in Opelika, AL. He was born on April 15, 1971 in Opelika, AL.

     Mr. Wilkerson is survived by his mother, Regina Gray; his two sisters, Jerri Wilkerson and Janie (Randy) Jones; his six sons, Eric (Moriah) Wilkerson, Corey (Morgan) Wilkerson, Mitchell Wilkerson, Nick (Amanda) Wilkerson, Trey Wilkerson, and Christian Wilkerson; his three grandchildren, Cameron Wilkerson, Jacob Young, and Brayden Wilkerson; his niece, Jordyn Wilkerson; his cousin and roommate, Brian Jones; best friend, Brandee Morgan, and several aunts, uncles and cousins.

     He was preceded in death by his father, James Donald Wilkerson, Sr.; his grandparents, James and Geraldine Bishop, & Ernest  & Eunice Wilkerson and Papa Luther DeLoach; and his granddaughter, Destiny Wilkerson.

     Mr. Wilkerson was an avid Alabama fan who was passionate about his family and always gave great advice. He had a great sense of humor and enjoyed lighting up a room. He loved to spend time with his sons and grandchildren.

     A memorial service will be held on Saturday, January 6th, at 5:00 PM (EST) at the Riverview Pentecostal Church in Valley, AL with the Rev. Amy Messer officiating. The family will receive friends at the church following the service.

     In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made to Mr. Wilkerson’s Memorial Fund at Johnson Brown-Service Home in Valley, AL or to the American Cancer Society in his memory.
