K. K. (Mama) Lamba

Mama passed away on Saturday, August 20, 2016 from this life to the next, with her sons and their families by her side. 

Mama was the Matriarch of Anna's Way in Beulah. She was born on April 5, 1933 in India and was 83 years of age. 

She is survived by her two sons, Tejinder and Deepa and their children Ruchie, JP and KP. DP and Gina Singh; two daughters, Pinky and her children Minto and Gurleen, Vinnie and her children Princy, Nancy, Harleen and Pretesh. 

She was preceded in death by her husband of 51 years Lal Singh, three brothers and three sister-in-laws. 

Visitation will be at the Johnson Brown-Service Funeral Home in Valley on Tuesday August 23, 2016 from 6:00PM to 8:00PM CDT (7:00PM EDT to 9:00PM EDT) and will be the only time the family will be receiving friends at the funeral home.

We humbly ask for your respect, as the family is in a time of prayer for the next 7 days. 

Time of Prayer at the local Gurudwara (temple) on Hwy 280 is Thursday, August 25, 2016 to Saturday, August 27, 2016. 

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Compassus/ Hospice Advantage Hospice in Lee County. 

Tonight the stars will shine brighter for the light she was in our lives, she will be for the world to see as a reminder of her love for us as she now continues her journey from this life to the next.
