Mr. Larry Scott Knowles, age 44, of Lanett, AL passed away on Sunday, June 19, 2016 at the Midtown Medical Center in Columbus, GA.

     Mr. Knowles is survived by his wife, Lacie Knowles; son, Dylan Knowles; brother, Terry (Melinda) Knowles of Beauregard, AL; sister, Suzanne (Rick) Ferguson of Washington; father, Roger Knowles of Valley, AL; mother, Laverne Templeton Nemnich of Valley, AL; grandmother, Faye Knowles of Valley, AL; sister-in-law, Melisa (Gene) Williams of Valley, AL, father and mother-in-law, Fred (Annette) Freeman of Valley, AL; a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, and dedicated friends.

     Mr. Knowles was born on June 2, 1972 in LaGrange, GA. He grew up in LaGrange and later graduated from Valley High School in 1990. He went on to start a successful trucking business, LSK Enterprises, Inc. He enjoyed racing with his family, riding motorcycles, going to the lake, and being with his family and friends.

     Funeral services will be held on Thursday, June 23, 2016 at 11:00 AM (EST) at the Johnson Brown-Service Funeral Home Chapel in Valley with the Rev. Steve York officiating. Interment will follow in Fairfax Cemetery in Valley. The family will receive friends Wednesday evening from 6:00 until 8:00 PM (EST) at the funeral home.
