Mr. Billy Felix Foster

April 13th, 1936 - April 21st, 2017

Mr. Billy F. Foster, age 81, of Pine Mountain, Georgia passed away on Friday, April 21st, 2017 at his residence.

Mr. Foster was born on April 13th, 1936 to the late Curtis Foster and Lillian Luker Foster.

Billy was an excellent welder and after retiring from Georgia-Pacific, continued to use his skills around the community for many individuals and businesses. 

He was preceded in death by his first wife, Burty, his second wife, Faye, and his brother, Marrell. 

Mr. Foster was a veteran of the Korean War.

Graveside services will be held on Sunday, April 23rd at 4:00P.M. EDT at Marseilles Cemetery in West Point, Georgia.  The family will be receiving friends at the Johnson Brown-Service Funeral Home in Lanett on Sunday afternoon from 3:00P.M. EDT until 3:45P.M. EDT.

The family would like to recognize Billy's caregiver, Janice Pearson, for the special attention she gave to him and care provided during his illness. 

The family suggests that memorials be made in Billy's honor to a charity of your choice.
