Mrs. Heather Eileen Pritchett Jones, age 43, of Cusseta, Alabama passed away on Wednesday, August 30th, 2017 at the East Alabama Medical Center in Opelika, Alabama.

Mrs. Jones was born in Newnan, Georgia on November 6th, 1973 to Dennis and Valarie Pritchett.

She was a member of the LaFayette Heights Baptist Church in LaFayette, Alabama.

Mrs. Jones loved to travel and was an avid photographer. 

She loved spending quality time with her family and had a special place in heart for animals, especially her own dogs and ducks.

She is survived by her loving husband, Ronnie Jones; parents, Dennis and Valarie Pritchett; sisters, Jaime (Jeremy) Harmon, Rebekah Pritchett; brother, Dennis (Tara) Pritchett; children, Cody, Jacob, and Katherine Teel; stepchildren, Michelle and Tiffany Jones, Rodney Jones, Billie Anne and Dena Baker; grandchildren, Triston Anderson, Konner Anderson; many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends who all loved her dearly.

Funeral services will be held on Sunday, September 3rd, 2017 at 2:00P.M. EDT at the Johnson Brown-Service Funeral Home chapel in Valley with interment in Shawmut Cemetery.  The Reverend Paul Howard will officiate.  Her family will be receiving friends at the funeral home Saturday evening from 6:00P.M. EDT until 8:00P.M. EDT.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials be made in her name to the Chattahoochee Humane Society or to the Woof Avenue Rescue, 1027 Opelika Road, Suite A, Auburn, Alabama 36830.
