Mrs. Holley Metclaf Terry, age 46, of West Point, Georgia passed away at the LaGrange Hospice House on Sunday, November 27, 2016.

Mrs. Terry was born on May 21, 1970 in Birmingham, Alabama. 

She graduated from Vestavia Hills High School and later attended Southern Union Community College and Auburn University.  She was a devoted wife, mother, and aunt, who deeply loved her family.  She had worked at Anders Book Store and later at the West Point Presbyterian Church Pre-School.   She was a member of the First United Methodist Church of Lanett.

She is survived by her husband, Chris Terry, West Point; children, Lauren Terry and Beck Terry, West Point; Father, Tracy Metclaf (Paul Dagenais), Mobile; sister, Leigh Metclaf, Indianapolis, Indiana; brother, Carter (Karen) Metclaf, Katy, TX; mother-in-law, Shirley Terry (Grant) Carson, Lanett; sister-in-law, Tana Johnson, Lanett; brother-in-law, Rick (Sheri) Terry, Chattanooga, TN; 12 nieces and nephews; 8 great nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Joby Metclaf, and her father-in-law, Richie Terry.

A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, November 29, 2016 at 3:00P.M. EST at the First United Church of Lanett.  The Rev. Reid Turner and the Rev. Donnie Erwin-Brown officiating.  The family will be receiving friends at the church on Tuesday from 2:00P.M. EST until the service hour.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials be made in her memory to the First United Methodist Church of Lanett or to the Chattahoochee Valley Humane Society.
