Mrs. Jean Moorman Boone, age 90, of Richmond, Virginia, formerly of Fredonia, widow of Virgil B. Boone, passed away on Tuesday, September 20, 2016.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, September 24, 2016 at 11:00A.M. EDT at the Fredonia United Methodist Church with interment in the adjoining cemetery.  The family will be receiving friends at the church Saturday morning from 10:00A.M. EDT until the service hour.  The Rev. Gary Perry officiating.

Mrs. Boone is survived by her daughter, Carolyn (Larry) Ramsey, Richmond, VA.; grandchildren, Scott Ramsey, Chris (Tiffany) Ramsey; great grandchildren, Skylar, Ryan, David, Tristan, and Isabella.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials be made in her name to the Fredonia United Methodist Church.
