Miss Toni Charmagne Bailey, 31, of Valley, AL passed away Wednesday, October 19, 2016 at EAMC at Opelika.  Funeral services will be held on Friday, October 21, 2016 at 3:00 PM EST from Johnson Brown-Service Funeral Home Chapel in Valley with Pastors Aubrey & Iris Adams officiating.  Burial will follow at Evangel Temple Church Cemetery in Lanett.  Visitation will be one hour prior to the service. 

Survivors include her parents, Tony & LaDonna Bailey; grandmother, Barbara Miles; uncles, Bob (JoAnne) Bailey; Gerald (Susan) Miles; aunts, Jackie Mason; Shawn (Tony) Jarrell; Joanna Baker; and several cousins.  She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Ada Jean Brackett and Charles Harold Bailey.

Charmagne was born in Opelika and liked to mingle with her friends and had a loving spirit.  She attended the Freedom Worship Center.
