Carolyn Eastridge Holt

     Mrs. Carolyn Eastridge Holt, age 69, of Valley, AL passed away on Tuesday, June 26th, 2018 at the EAMC Lanier Hospital in Valley.

     Mrs. Holt is survived by her son, Lamar (Brenda) Holt; her daughter, Christy Starkey; her six grandchildren, Tyler Starkey, Brent Starkey, Christopher Cowart, P.J. Holt, Jonathan Holt, and Heather Holt; her four great grandchildren; her sister, Elizabeth Emfinger; and several nieces and nephews.

     She was preceded in death by her husband, George Denny Holt, Sr.; her son, George Holt, Jr; and her daughter, Marie Holt. Mrs. Holt was born on February 5th, 1949 in Valley, AL. She was a member of Blanton Baptist Church and greatly enjoyed going to church and visiting with everyone. She was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother that will be greatly missed by all who knew her.

     Funeral services will be held on Saturday, June 30th, 2018 at 11:00 AM (EDT) at the graveside in Fairview Cemetery. The family will receive friends following the service in the cemetery.
