Mrs. Cynthia Ann Roberts Feros Brumfield, age 68, of Valley, AL passed away on Monday, July 24, 2017 at the East Alabama Medical Center in Opelika, AL. She was born on August 31, 1948 in Langdale, Alabama.

     Mrs. Brumfield is survived by her daughter, Cynthia Feros; her nephew, Lancer Martinez; her special cousin, Saundra Hood; and numerous other cousins.

     She was preceded in death by her husband of 36 years, Gary R. Brumfield; her father, Gerald Wallace Roberts; her mother, Ethelene Langford Roberts; and her sister, Elaine Roberts Martinez.

     Funeral services were held on Thursday, July 27, 2017 at 11:00 AM (EST) at the Johnson Brown-Service Funeral Home Chapel in Valley with the Rev. Iris Adams officiating. Interment followed in Resthaven Cemetery. The family received friends Thursday morning from 10:00 AM until the service hour at the funeral home.

     An angel gained her wings. She was of the Christian faith and attended Evangel Temple.

     Ann had been employed in several fields including accounting, administrative assistant, insurance sales, and volunteer work. She worked hard and held all jobs successfully.

     Ann was a graduate of Dalton High School, Class of 1966. She also graduated with honors from West Georgia Tech.

     Ann enjoyed shopping, race cars, dancing, traveling, singing, and horses. She was especially fond of her pets.

     Ann was a caring and loving mother who will never be forgotten. “Until we see each other again.”
