Mr. Damien Earl Lowery, age 40, of Valley passed away on Saturday, August 24th, 2019 in Auburn, Alabama.

Damien was born on May 8th, 1979 in Valley, Alabama to the late Donna Crenshaw Ray and David Lowery.  Damien was also preceded in death by his grandparents, Donald Crenshaw and Shirley Nelson; cousin, Richard Kelley; uncle, Gary Garrett.

Damien was of the Methodist faith. 

Damien had a big heart, was handsome, and had a personality that was bigger than life.  He was a great father and coach to his children.   

He was an extremely talented athlete, a gym fanatic, and an avid Auburn University football fan.  He and his father enjoyed going to the races whenever they could. 

He is survived by his children, Alexandria Lowery, Rylan Lowery, Ryder Lowery, and expecting Baby Mac soon to be born; fiancé, Chelsey Sanders and her children, Jana and Presley Sanders; father, David (Felicia) Lowery; siblings, Misty (Ryan) Moncus, Tera Lowery, Kennadee Foster; niece and nephew, Camden and Emma; grandparents, Margie and Marlin Childs; stepmother, Marlene Lowery; aunts and uncles, Debra Hudson and Thomas, Linda Whitehead and Randy, Connie Yates and Mike, Wayne Crenshaw and Rhonda; cousins, Mark Kelley, Michael and Daniel Williams, Brian Van Meter, Heather Davis, Jonathan and Josh Crenshaw, Lacie Williamson; special friend, Heidi Lowery; a host of extended family members.

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, August 28th, 2019 at 3:00P.M. EDT at the Johnson Brown-Service Funeral Home chapel in Valley with interment in Johnson Memorial Gardens. The Reverend Rusty Arnett and the Reverend Rusty Letson officiating.  His family will be receiving friends at the funeral home on Wednesday from 1:00P.M. EDT until 3:00P.M. EDT.
