Mr. Meadows was born in Valley, Alabama on January 2nd, 1934 to the late James Seaborn Meadows and Betty Lou Blake Meadows.

Mr. Meadows served in the United States Navy and was very proud of the time that he served in the Navy and for his country.  While stationed in Norfolk, Virginia, he made many friends that turned out to be lifelong friendships.
