Mrs. Denise Burdette, age 55, of Cusseta, Alabama passed away on Sunday, August 6, 2017 at her residence.

Mrs. Burdette was born in Valley, Alabama on December 29th, 1961 to the late Louie Frank Williams and Dorothy Neil Brown Williams.

She was a member of Hopewell Primitive Baptist Church in Opelika, Alabama.  She was a kind and caring person who loved to help others.  She loved and cherished her grandchildren.

She is survived by her husband, Ray “Bubba” Burdette, Cusseta; children, Jonathan (Brandi) Williams, Beulah, Jeremy (Tonya) Nix, Beulah, Steven (Crystal) Burdette, Valley, Curtis (Christy) Burdette, Beulah; brothers, Danny Williams, Gary Williams, Beulah,  and Mike (Terry) Williams, Valley; 14 grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, August 8th, 2017 at 11:00A.M. EDT at the Johnson Brown-Service Funeral Home Chapel in Valley with interment in Hephzibah Cemetery.  The Reverend Joe Wilson officiating.  Her family will be receiving friends at the funeral home Monday evening from 6:00P.M. EDT until 8:00P.M. EDT.
