Mrs. Bobbie R. Marshall, age 75, of Lanett, Alabama passed away on Monday, November 19th, 2018 at the East Alabama Medical Center in Opelika.
Mrs. Marshall was born on April 7th, 1943 in West Point, Georgia to the late Ammie Lee Higgins and Fred Richardson. She was also preceded in death by a daughter, Brenda Lee Marshall and her brothers, Doug Richardson, Billy Richardson, and Charlie Faye Wortham.
Mrs. Marshall loved her family, her friends, and she loved the Lord. She was a Christian lady of great faith and was a member of the Faith Boulevard Church of God. She enjoyed reading, especially the Bible, and Christian music.
She owned and operated the Red Wing Service Station, Marshall Chevron, and previously worked at the Langdale Mill for many years.
Mrs. Marshall is survived by her husband of 58 years, Franklin Delano Marshall, Sr.; her son, Dale (Mary) Marshall; her daughter, Lacie Marshall; three grandchildren, Tiffany (Cory) Kramer, Anthony (Courtney) Marshall, Brittany (Jacob) Taylor; eight great-grandchildren, Kacie Eldridge, Cameron Michael Wood, Cameron Blake Kramer, Damien Kramer, Dahlia Kramer, Sebastian Marshall, Evelyn Brown, and Jameson Taylor.
Funeral services will be held on Friday, November 23rd, 2018 at 2:00P.M. EST at the Johnson Brown-Service Funeral Home chapel in Valley with interment following in Hillcrest Cemetery. The Reverend John Eldridge officiating. Her family will be receiving friends Wednesday evening at the funeral home from 6:00P.M. EST until 8:00P.M. EST.
