Mrs. Era Celeste Lackey, age 79, of Valley passed away on Sunday, November 12th, 2017 at the Bethany House in Auburn, Alabama.

Mrs. Lackey was born in Valley, Alabama on July 17th, 1938 to the late William Steve Steele and Gladys Coulter Steele.

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, November 15th, 2017 at 11:00A.M. EST at the Johnson Brown-Service Funeral Home chapel with interment in Shadowlawn Cemetery in LaGrange, Georgia.   Her family will be receiving friends at the funeral home Tuesday evening from 6:00P.M. EST until 8:00P.M. EST.
