Cam McHargue

     Mr. Cam McHargue, age 53, of Valley, Alabama passed away on Monday, February 27th, 2023 at his residence.

     Cam was born on May 26th, 1969 in Valley. He was a former World Champion mixed martial arts fighter who opened several gyms and became a MMA trainer after his retirement. He enjoyed heavy metal music and playing the drums in his band. He loved deeply.

     Cam is survived by his wife, Dana Key McHargue; daughters, Kaylee Reijnen (Pascal) and Sarah Dorough (Eli); granddaughter, Iona Reijnen; parents, Michael “Mickey” McHargue and Terry McHargue; brothers, Nicholas Snowden and Eric McHargue; aunt, Mona Ellington (Tom) and Josephine Jetaime; uncle, Joe McHargue.

     He was preceded in death by his mother, Mavis Thomas.

     Services for Cam will be held at a later date.
