Cindie Joyce Whaley Neace, 59, a resident of Opelika, AL died Thursday, March 19, 2020 at the East Alabama Medical Center in Opelika. Due to the current gathering restrictions, a private graveside service was held at Fairview Cemetery in Valley, AL.

Cindie was born on June 23, 1960 in Wedowee, AL to the late Curtis & Jessie Whaley.

She is survived by her children, Dustin Neace and Jessica Baker (Michael); sister, Rose Paul (Keith); soul mate, Greg Maricle; three grandchildren, Baylee Baker, Christian Baker, & Joseph Baker and her pet dog, Missy. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Gary Neace; brothers, Theodore “Bo Bo” Whaley, & Larry Whaley, and her pet dog, Bo.
