Obituary
Ms. Debbie Jarrell, age 63, of Valley, Alabama passed away on Monday, March 28th, 2022 in Valley. She was born on December 27th, 1958 in Chicago, Illinois.
Debbie was a kind hearted person who enjoyed taking vacations and was very proud of her Native American heritage. She was a member of Langdale United Methodist Church. She loved her grandbabies and her dog, Rock.
Debbie is survived by her fiance, Michael A. Reed; children, Tina Taft (Shane Kennon), Crystal Akins (Johnny), Phillip Hornsby (Melissa), Mary Patterson, Antonio Abner, and Kambria Reed; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren, brothers, Kenneth Copeland and Garland Copeland.
She was preceded in death by her father, Alton Copeland; mother, Martha Jean Grooms; and sister, Donna Grooms.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, April 2nd, 2022 at 3:00 PM (EST) at the graveside in Johnson Memorial Gardens in Valley. Debbie’s family will receive friends Saturday afternoon from 1:00 PM (EST) until the service hour at the Johnson Brown-Service Funeral Home in Valley.
