Eleanor Tildon Lamb Windsor Cole Obituary

     Mrs. Eleanor Tildon Lamb Windsor Cole, age 86, of LaFayette, Alabama passed away on Saturday, May 1st, 2021 at her residence. She was born on December 13th, 1934 in LaFayette.

     Mrs. Cole is survived by her children, Pamela (Bobby) Alsobrook, Stephanie Baker, and Julie (Keith) Smith; honorary children, Randy and Emmie Morgan; grandchildren, Andy Alsobrook, Shanon (Shane) House, Thomas (Cindy) Gunter, Colton (Clarissa) Windsor, Nathaniel Baker, Melissa Brown, and Morganna (Tyler) White; great grandchildren, Andrew Alsobrook, Anna Alsobrook, Hannah McGill, Chloe McGill, Cayden House, Zack Gunter, Dylan Gunter, Lauren Gunter, Ella Marie Windsor, Ava Brown, Alexander Brown, and Olivia Kate White; special friend, Lujean Beard; her loyal and beloved pets, Bama, Patch, Copper, and PupPup.

     She was preceded in death by her parents, Arthur Tildon Lamb and Lennie Lucetria Smith Lamb; first husband, Emory Morgan Windsor; second husband, James Donald Cole; daughter, Jane Windsor; son, Morgan Starnes Windsor; sisters, Ruth Shaver, Sallie Kate Brown, Lennie Mae Lamb, Mary Julia Lamb, and Betty Jean Lamb; grandchild, Whitney Windsor; great grandchild, Tristian McGill.

     Mrs. Cole was a very caring wife, mother, and grandmother who always made sure her family had what was needed. She was a member of Sandy Ridge United Methodist Church. She enjoyed helping others and was a friend to all. She adored her pets and was very much loved.

     Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, May 4th, 2021 at 3:00 PM (EST) at the graveside in Sandy Ridge United Methodist Church Cemetery in LaFayette, Alabama. No visitation is planned.
