George Henry Hall, Sr.

     Mr. George Henry Hall, Sr. age 75, of Phenix City, Alabama passed away on October 7th, 2025, at his residence. He was born on December 21st, 1949, in Chambers County, Alabama.

     George is survived by his wife, Molly, Hall; children, Juanita Hall (Johnny Lanier), George Hall, Jr. (Tonya), Chris Hall (Becky), Melody Baker (Ashley); grandchildren, Brandi Johnson, Chasity Hurst, Katie Hurst, Pricilla Jones (Josh), John Downing, Joshua Downing, David Hall, Tiffany Hall, Krista Hall, Chris Hall, Robert Hall, Valerie Hall, Ashley Hall, and Bailey Baker; siblings, Judy Ruddock (Farrell), Betty Veach (Gene), Tammy Knowles (Tim), Kim Cook (Tracy), and Wayne Stringfellow (Pat).

     He was preceded in death by his parents, Kathleen Long (Carlton) and Henry Ford Hall (Joene); children, Peggy Hurst and Anthony Shane Hurst; grandson, Justin Downing; grandparents, George & Eula Holt and Henry & Maude Hall.

     George was a career truck driver. He was a big Alabama fan and loved to go fishing.

     Funeral services for George will be held on Sunday, October 12th, 2025, at 2:30 PM (EDT) at the Johnson Brown-Service Funeral Home Chapel in Valley. Interment will follow in Johnson Memorial Gardens. George’s family will receive friends at the funeral home Sunday afternoon from 1:30 PM (EDT) until the service hour.
