Hubert Howard

     Mr. Hubert Howard, age 64, of Lanett, Alabama passed away on Friday, May 29th, 2020 at the East Alabama Medical Center in Opelika, Alabama. He was born on August 27th, 1955 in Summerville, Georgia to the late Lonnie and Maggie Howard.

     Mr. Howard is survived by his wife of thirty-one years, Kitty Howard; sisters, Laverne Terry, Eunice Terry, and Doris (Howard) Hill; nieces, Anita Terry and Teresa Maynard; nephews, Donnie Cochran, Jeffery Hill, and Craig Hill; eleven great nieces and nephews.

     He was preceded in death by his parents; and his sister, Illene Cochran.

     Mr. Howard was a mechanic for many years and loved to work on cars. He also enjoyed working on computers. He liked to go fishing and loved the time he spent on the road driving trucks with his wife.

     A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, June 2nd, 2020 at 11:00 AM (EST) outside the Plant City United Methodist Church in Lanett, Alabama. The Reverend Milton Newton will officiate.
