Jesse Adam Kirby, a loving father, son, brother, and friend, passed away on April 29, 2023, in Valley, Alabama, at the age of 27. Born on June 7, 1995, in Valley, Alabama, Jesse was known for his friendly nature and his unwavering love for his family and friends.
Jesse is survived by his daughter, Lily Jane Jordan; his parents, Bonnie Kirby (Leonard Heard) and Jerry Steve Cantrell; his brothers, Darren Kirby and Steven Robin Kirby; his grandmother, Sarah Brewer; and a host of extended family and friends who will miss him dearly.
He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Beverly Marie Sanders.
Jesse was a natural athlete who enjoyed exercising and playing basketball. His competitive spirit and dedication to fitness were evident in his daily life, as he often spent hours on the court perfecting his skills. Jesse's love for sports extended beyond the basketball court, as he was a passionate fan of the University of Alabama. He could often be found cheering on his favorite team, surrounded by friends and family.
Jesse's passing leaves a void in the hearts of his family and friends, but his memory will live on through the countless lives he touched. His friendly nature, unwavering love for his family, and dedication to his community will be remembered and cherished by all who had the privilege of knowing him.
A Memorial service for Jesse will be held on Sunday, May 7th, 2023 at Evangel Temple Assembly of God in Lanett, Alabama at 12:30 PM (EDT). No visitation is planned.
Jesse Adam Kirby will be deeply missed by all who knew him, but his legacy of love, friendship, and community will live on in the hearts of those he left behind.
