Kim Andrews, affectionately known as Kim to her friends and loved ones, entered into eternal rest on February 15, 2025, in LaGrange, Georgia. Born in Opelika, Alabama, on March 1, 1967, Kim's life was a story of love, care, and unwavering kindness that touched everyone she knew.
Kim's spirit of independence and warmth radiated throughout her community. Her nurturing nature earned her the endearing title of 'Mama' from many, reflecting her innate ability to foster meaningful connections. A long-standing member of the Davidson Baptist Church, Kim's faith was a cornerstone of her life, guiding her through her many days of joy and sorrow.
Her dedication to her family was evident in every aspect of her life. She is survived by her treasured daughter, Lindsey Andrews; her loving mother, Faye Pike; her brother, Shannon Hand; a dear aunt and uncle, Linda and Ronnie Hull; and a special friend who stood by her through thick and thin, Wade Robertson. Kim's life was marked by the loss of her beloved son Joshua Noel Andrews, her father Noel LaVonne Hand, and her stepfather Gene Pike.
Kim's passion extended beyond her human connections. She was a resolute animal lover, especially of her cats. Her pets over the years included a beloved deer and a baby squirrel she raised with tenderness. Her hobbies painted the picture of an adventurous soul, from the thrill of riding four-wheelers and motorcycles to the tranquility of trail riding on horseback with her son and enjoying time at the lake. Kim's leisure moments were also filled with the simple pleasure of watching her favorite soap operas and the television series Yellowstone.
Kim Andrews will be remembered for her loving, friendly, and kind spirit, leaving an enduring legacy of compassion and unity. Her life was a lesson in love that will continue to inspire and influence countless lives.
