Lewis Woodard, Jr. Obituary

Mr. Lewis Woodard, Jr., 60, a resident of Lanett, AL passed away Tuesday, May 11, 2021 at his residence.

He was born in LaGrange, GA on October 21, 1960. He served in The U. S. Army. He was an avid bowler and an ancestry buff.

Survivors include six sisters, Ester Osborn, Rosa Crowder, Susie Whaley (Barry), Jerrie Bradley (Eddie), Lynn Roberts, & Deborah Whaley (Tony); one brother, Barney Woodard; and several nieces & nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Lewis Woodard, Sr. & Rosa Sue Hill Woodard, and a brother, Luther Morgan Woodard.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association or to the Wounded Warrior Project.

Memorial services will be Friday, May 21, 2021 at 2:30 PM EST at Ft. Mitchell National Cemetery with his nephew, Jeremy Crowder officiating.
