Michael "Bulldog" Mitchell

Michael “Bulldog” Mitchell, age 60, of Valley, Alabama passed away on Monday, September 3^rd, 2018 at the Midtown Medical Center in Columbus, Georgia.

Mr. Mitchell was born on March 22^nd, 1958 to the late Milford Odell Mitchell and Betty Ann Toney Mitchell.  He was also preceded in death by his sister, Sandra Vinson.

Michael was a member of the Midway Baptist Church in Valley. He enjoyed NASCAR, was an avid University of Alabama football fan, and loved going fishing with his best friend, Scott.

Mr. Mitchell is survived by his wife, Betty Mitchell; sisters, Kathy Jelinek, Parker Heights, TX, Linda Booth, Valley; brother, Keith (Cindy) Mitchell, Valley.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, September 8^th, 2018 at 11:00A.M. EDT at the Midway Baptist Church with the Reverend Terry Wood officiating.  His family will be receiving friends at the church on Saturday from 10:00A.M. EDT until the service hour.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that memorials be made in his name to Midway Baptist Church.
