Mrs. Bea Sanders

Mrs. Bea Sanders, 89, a resident of Lanett, AL passed away Saturday, August 28, 2021 at EAMC Lanier Hospital in Valley, AL.  Funeral services will be held at Johnson Brown-Service Funeral Home on Wednesday, September 1, 2021 at 11:00 AM EST with Rev. John Dye officiating.  Visitation will be Tuesday from 5:00 – 7:00 PM EST at the funeral home.  Burial will be at Resthaven Cemetery in Lanett.

Survivors include her son, Scott Sanders (Carla); daughter, Dottie Eastridge (David); three grandchildren, Landra Cooper (Cory), Amanda Tedescucci (Mike), Hollie Foster (Michael); four great-grandchildren, Hope & McCoy Tedescucci, Kenadie Cooper, Bryant Foster; 15 Nieces & Nephews; and close family friend, Leon Weathers, & his dog Coop.  Mrs. sanders was preceded in death by her husband, Mack Sanders and her parents, Jessie & Lois Daniel.

Mrs. Sanders was born in Riverview, AL on July 28, 1932.  She was a graduate of Valley High School.   She was the owner and operator of Bea’s Beauty Shop for over 50 years, and was a member of Calvary Baptist Church in Huguley, AL. 

She was a devoted mother and Christian.  Beatrice loved all of her family and all of her church family.  She blessed her family and friends with her contagious smile. 

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Calvary Baptist Church or to the Alzheimer’s Association.
