Mrs. Marsha L. Costine

Mrs. Marsha Costine, age 75, of Valley, Alabama passed away on Monday, May 7^th, 2018 at the Bethany House in Auburn, Alabama.

Mrs. Costine was born in Fort Oglethorpe, Georgia on February 1^st, 1943 to the late Marshall Templeton and Virginia Lee Chastain Templeton.

She was a member of the Pine Grove Church, where she was a very active member until her health began to decline over the last two months.  She had been a resident of the Valley area for the last 22 years.

Mrs. Costine is survived by her husband, Lawrence Costine; children, Eddie (Tabitha) Blevins, New York, Donnie (Barbara) Blevins, Washington, D.C., Larry (Karen) Blevins, Texas, Laura (Rick) Miller, Valley, Skip (Debbi) Nettles, Florida; stepchildren, Rodney Costine, Florida, David (Becky) Costine, Florida, Rusty Costine, Alabama; sisters, Donna Swan, Alabama, Hazel (Brent) Tate, Gale (Jackie) LaFauci, Florida; brother, Ricky (Susan) Payne, Tennessee; 34 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held on Thursday, May 10^th, 2018 at 11:00A.M. CDT at the Pine Grove Church with interment following in the Cusseta Cemetery.  The Reverend Mark McCarty officiating. Her family will be receiving friends at the church on Thursday from 10:00A.M. CDT until 11:00A.M. CDT.

Her family would like to extend their sincere appreciation to the Bethany House and its staff for the care and compassion given to Mrs. Costine during her illness.
