Mrs. Opal Nevada Stearns Obituary

Mrs. Opal Nevada Stearns, 86, a resident of Valley, AL passed Wednesday, May 20, 2020 at the Bethany House Hospice in Auburn. A private graveside service will be held at Langdale Cemetery in Valley.

Survivors include her children, Deborah Newton (Randy) & Ray Stearns (Sherry); four grandchildren, four great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Clifford Ray Stearns, and her brothers, J.T. Hendrix & Herschel Hendrix.

Mrs. Stearns was born in Chambers County, AL on October 2, 1933 and was a military homemaker.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Bethany House Hospice in Auburn, AL.
