Mrs. Pattie Darlene Daniel

Pattie Darlene Daniel, 75, of Mishawaka, IN sadly passed away on Thursday, March 18, 2021 at IU Methodist Hospital of Indianapolis, IN after an ongoing battle against multiple health problems. Pattie was born on September 22, 1945 and she was one of ten siblings. Pattie was married to Alan D. Daniel of Fredonia, Alabama who gave her two sons. She lost her husband after a short battle with Hodgkin’s disease.

Pattie worked full time while raising her two young boys and played the role of both mother AND father.

Despite her struggles, Pattie always made sure that her boys had all they needed.

Pattie was loved by so many people. She always knew how to brighten someone’s day and make them feel loved.

Pattie was preceded in death by both of her parents, her husband, and seven siblings and most recently her youngest son, Rodney. Pattie is survived by her oldest son Robert (Carla) Daniel, who took very delicate care of her through her final days. She is also survived by her grandchildren, Amber, Rhonda (Eric), Justin, Jeremy, Tyler, Brittany (Robert) and Briana… along with her great grandchildren, Ryan, Natalya, Danny, Jacob, Eli, Aubrey, and Mia. Pattie is also survived by her siblings; Mary (Gary) Cleveland and Ray Eakins.

Visitation for Pattie will be on Saturday, April 3, 2021 from 1:30 – 2:00 PM EST at Fredonia United Methodist Church with a funeral service at 2:00 PM in the church.  Burial will follow in the Fredonia UMC Cemetery.
