Mrs. Sarah Pike East, 78, a resident of Valley, AL. Graveside services will be Tuesday, July 2, 2019 at 11:00 AM EST at Hopewell Cemetery. Visitation will be Monday from 6:00 – 8:00 PM EST at Johnson Brown-Service Funeral Home in Valley.

Survivors include her son, John East; daughter, Reanita Thrift; brother, Paul Leon Pike; five grandchildren, and several great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her grandson, Troy Dwight Boyd.

She was born on February 17, 1941 and passed away Thursday, June 27, 2019 at EAMC Lanier Hospital.

Family and friends will meet at the cemetery.
