Patricia Lynn Smith Obituary

Mrs. Patricia Lynn Moore Smith, 63, a resident of Fairfax, AL passed away Tuesday, October 20, 2020 at UAB Medical Center in Birmingham.

Survivors include her children, Lanesa Smith, Jonathan Smith (Kelly), & Chris Smith; 10 grandchildren; one great-granddaughter; father, Milford Moore; brother, Randy Moore (Anita); sister, Christie Sykes (Marvin); and several nieces & nephews. She was preceded in death by her mother, Mildred Moore, sister, Deborah Garrett, and brother, Greg Alan Moore.

A memorial service will be announced later by the family.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Fairfax United Methodist Church.
