Sandra H. Fuller, a cherished soul known for her generous spirit, friendly demeanor, and gentle nature, passed away peacefully on September 12, 2024, in Columbus, Georgia. Born on August 11, 1943, in Langdale, Alabama, Sandra lived a life dedicated to bringing joy and comfort to those around her. Her family was the cornerstone of her existence, and she leaves behind a legacy of love and nurturing that will continue for generations to come.
A devoted mother and grandmother, Sandra's heart was always filled with boundless pride for her children, William Herbert Watson (Michelle), Diane Sellars (Steven), and Jeffrey Watson (Lee), her grandchildren, Petra and Zander Sellars, Brittany Andrews (Frank), James Watson (Amy), John Hunter Watson, Tyler Watson (Ivey), and Chase Watson, and her great-grandson, Marshall Watson. She enjoyed life's simple pleasures, such as the hearty laughter of her family gathered around a table. Although she was preceded in death by her beloved parents, Eunice and Auburn Carrol Harrelson, Sandra's love and memories remain bright in the hearts of her loved ones.
Sandra's faith was an integral part of her life, as demonstrated by her dedicated membership in the Huguley Church of the Nazarene. Her joy in attending church was only surpassed by her passion for cooking and creating desserts, which she frequently shared with her church family. Sandra's hands, always nurturing, found solace in the soil of her vegetable garden and her delight in sharing the garden's bounty was well known among friends and family.
An avid University of Alabama and Atlanta Braves fan, Sandra enjoyed fishing trips, offering only a playful refusal to bait her own hook. Her warmth and tenderness touched all who knew her, and Sandra H. Fuller will be deeply missed and fondly remembered by all whose lives she touched.
