Weyman Floyd Smith Jr. November 7, 1968 – August 30, 2025, Weyman Floyd Smith Jr., 56, of Valley, Alabama, confidently went to be with Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, on Saturday, August 30, 2025, at Bethany House in Auburn, Alabama.

He was born November 7, 1968, to the late Weyman Floyd Smith and Virginia Carolyn Harris Smith. Weyman built a foundation of adventure and love growing up with siblings, Rebecca Meadows and her husband Brian, of Tazewell, TN, David Smith and his wife Crystal, of Valley, AL, and Paul Smith and his wife Heather, of Valley, AL.

He is also survived by several nieces and nephews: Lily, Landon, and Lexi Smith; Isabella, AJ, and Caroline Smith; Tylar (Alyssa) Kelley, Elizabeth Pascal, and Logan Meadows. Weyman is also survived by very special friends who are more like family. Marty and Kellie Adams, along with a host of their family and friends, offered Weyman a lifetime of memories and unshakable bonds.

Weyman attended Valley High School. Early on, he worked in flooring installation with his brothers and uncles. It was the job and the relationships he built at King Chevrolet that he was most proud of.

Weyman’s passions included Alabama football, fishing, traveling with his dad, rock concerts, playing cards and above all, the love of his friends. In his last days, Weyman was at peace with his own passing, but mourned for those that he was leaving behind. Weyman’s longing is to be reunited in heaven.

Funeral service for Weyman will be held at 2:30 pm EST., Tuesday, September 9, 2025, at Johnson Brown-Service Funeral Home Chapel in Valley. Pastor John Samanie officiating.

Visitation will begin at 1:30 pm EST.
