Mr. William “Bill” Toll Young, 59, a resident of the Valley, passed away March 24, 2021 in Montgomery.
He is survived by a brother, Sammy Young (Pam); two nephews, Nick & Ryan Young, and several cousins. He was preceded in death by his parents, Samuel Brady Young & Maverline Joyce Mitchell Kelley, and a sister, Patricia Diane Frazier.
