Mr. Roger Henry, age 70, of LaGrange, Georgia passed away at his residence on Wednesday, May 25, 2016.

Mr. Henry was born on February 22, 1946 in Roanoke, Alabama.

Funeral services will be held on Friday, May 27, 2016, at 4:30P.M. EDT, at the Johnson Brown-Service Funeral Home Chapel in Valley, Alabama.  The Rev. Russell Henry and Randy Black officiating.  The family will be receiving friends at the funeral home Friday from 2:30P.M. EDT until 4:30P.M. EDT. 

He is survived by his fiancé, Joann Nixon, LaGrange; children, Trish (Bob) Grant, Ringgold, GA., Tammy Clark, LaGrange, son, Alan (Becky) Henry, Newnan, GA.,; sister, Annie (Gary Pledger) Baldwin, Roanoke; grandchildren, Hannah Grant, Jay Grant, Alyssa Clark, Ricki Bailey, Tyler Bailey; 2 great grandchildren, Makayla McCain, Skylar Rodgers; numerous nephews, nieces, cousins and extended family members.

Mr. Henry was of the Baptist Faith.

He was an avid University of Alabama football fan, loved fishing, camping and riding dirt roads.
