Mrs. Bonnie Lott, age 83, of Valley, AL passed away on Monday, November 28, 2016 at the West Georgia Medical Center in LaGrange, GA.

     Mrs. Lott is survived by her husband of 63 years, Robert O. Lott; her two sons, Bob (Sherry) Lott and Mark (Cinda) Lott; her four grandchildren, John Mark (Amy) Lott, Nicholas (Tabitha) Lott, Kathryn (Nate Redetzke) Lott, and Brandon (Leila) Shaver; her seven great grandchildren, Harrison Lott, Hartley Lott, Evie Redetzke, Henry Shaver, Lindsey Collins, Aubrey Collins, and Railin Collins; her niece, Kathryn (Kent) Fruge; her nephew, Drew (Kay) Nelson.

     She was preceded in death by her sister, Jo Nelson.

     Mrs. Lott was born on June 17, 1933 in Langdale, AL. She was a very active and devoted member of the Crusader Class at Langdale United Methodist Church, where she assisted with the Bread Basket and the Soup Kitchen. She enjoyed spending time with the Langdale Lunch Bunch. She loved to entertain, travel, and garden and was a member of the Garden Club and worked as a volunteer at Calloway Gardens for many years.

     Funeral services will be held on Friday, December 2, 2016 at 11:00 AM (EST) at the Langdale United Methodist Church with the Rev. Rusty Tate officiating. Interment will follow in Marseilles Cemetery in West Point. The family will receive friends Friday morning from 10:00 AM until the service her at the church. In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made to the Barrel of Love at the Langdale United Methodist Church in her memory.
